Honoring and Remembering

Honoring our Hero

On 11/22/2006 our lives came to a screeching halt. On that day we were notified that our son, Pvt. Heath D. Warner had been killed by a roadside IED (improvised explosive device) in the Al An bar province in Iraq. That was the saddest day of our lives and has forever changed our family. Heath believed in the mission he was fighting in. He told us before he left for Iraq that he was going over there to fight so we would not have to fight the terrorist over her. We know that while Heath was on top of his humvee, he was thinking of us, his family, friends and fellow Americans. He died thinking of us and we live thinking of him.

This website is dedicated to honoring the life, sacrifice and legacy of our hero, Pvt. Heath D. Warner. We will never forget you Heath. Your love, your memories, your laughter are still part of us and will be forever. Our hearts ache as we learn to live without you here with us. On 11/22//06 God took you in his arms and left a hero in your place. Our hope is that this website will connect you with the history, memories and legacy of our beloved Heath.

Honoring our Heroes

Our Brave Marines

Forever bound as heroes. Families united in grief.

Lance Corporal, Joshua C. Alonzo
Lance Corporal James Davenport
Private Heath D. Warner

The 11/22/2006 roadside bomb, took the lives of three of America’s finest. We pay tribute to their lives and sacrifice and to their brave families. Grieving the loss of our boys is the hardest work we have done. However, we believe what was intended as evil, God’s greater purpose for good will ultimately prevail. We now have new friends, though united in grief; we share a special bond through our boys.
