Prerace Kickoff was a great success! We had the opportunity to reveal Heath’s Hero Car and present the banners that will be on display along the boulevard at McKinley’s Monunent. The banners are of the Stark County area Fallen Heroes. The banners were presented to the Gold Star families in attendance and then to Ms. Joyce Yut, Executive Director of the William McKinley Presidential Library and Museum. Special recognition awards were presented to Dr. Wraps & 3M, Glenn’s Car Care and Mr. Robert Dice for their contribution to the transformation of Heath’s car. In addition, we recognized Mr. Brad Black and Downtown Ford as host and Gold Star sponsor of the Pvt. Heath Warner 5K Memorial Run and Family Fun Walk.
The prerace kickoff at Downtown Ford on Friday, May 7, 2010 was a great success.
